Stage 1 to Stage 2 Upgrade Tuning by ZAC Motorsport

If you previously purchase our Optimum Tuning package, this service will upgrade your tune from Stage 1 to Stage 2.

Our remote tuning process is simple: connect your laptop using the ZAC Motorsport Optimum Tuning Tool, and our specialists fine-tune your ECU live over a secure connection. Optional data logging and revision packages are available for those seeking absolute perfection.

Specifications

How we tune:

You order the tune,
We send you your required hardware (intake, downpipe etc if ordered). We send you a link to download the required software to your laptop.
We send you our OBD2 dongle.
We send you a form, to fill in and return, outlining your vehicle details and modifications, VIN, Fuel, etc,
The base tune is written.
Then a time is scheduled to upload the base tune to your car, using remote desktop software.
If you choose to log and refine the tune:
A log file is created, this requires either dyno time, or some full power runs in a safe legal environment.
The log file is sent to us for refinement
A time is scheduled to upload the refined tune to your vehicle.

Warranty

WARRANTY:

WARRANTY UPDATE: We want you to be happy! Our warranty is here to back up the faith we have in our products, which are designed and engineered in Australia. If you have any issues, please contact us! sales@zacmotorsport.com

Starting from 1st October 2024 our ZAC warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your ZAC Product for 2 years (previously 1 year) from the date of purchase for the original purchaser.  This is applicable to purchases made from 1st October 2024 onwards, with the exception of ECU Tuning/Re-Flashing, which have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

What's Included?

Included in the box:Where required, a Complimentary OBD2 Dongle and cord to plug into your computer
You must supply a LAPTOP computer
YOU must have GOOD RELIABLE INTERNET connection available at the vehicle
NOTE: Some tune stages require HARDWARE. Please refer to the table in DESCRIPTION tab.
Note, some vehicle models may require specialist tuning tools, only available at specialists garages.

Installation Information

This Product is easily installed.
You just need a Laptop (prefer Windows, MAC we cannot do past stage 2)
And GOOD RELIABLE INTERNET
Our aim is to provide you a safe reliable tune. The numbers below are conservative and indicative only. Actual HP numbers may vary (up or down) depending on many factors, especially what brand of dyno is used (if used). engine condition and mileage, fuel quality, altitude, weather etc.
Our Promise
If you are not happy with our tuning, and we cannot meet your expectations, we simply remove the tune and load the factory standard map. And return you the cost of the tune. Easy as that!
PLEASE NOTE! This is not a diagnostic / error fixing service. If you have any error codes with your vehicle, please have them addressed at your local mechanic.
