Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order (as confirmed by tracking).
  • The product must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition in original packaging.
  • You must be the original purchaser of the product.
  • If purchased through an authorized dealer, please contact the dealer directly — returns are subject to their individual policies.
  • Partial returns are not accepted; all items from your original order must be returned.

Refunds

If your return meets the eligibility criteria above and the product is received in new, unused condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, less the cost of original outbound freight.

A handling and restocking fee of 10% may be applied at our discretion to cover warehouse processing and administrative costs associated with the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Pre-order items (until the product has shipped)
  • Turbos
  • Brake discs
  • Steering wheels
  • Exhaust systems
  • Non-ZAC Motorsport branded products

How to Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us first at sales@zacmotorsport.com so we can issue a return authorization and provide instructions.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your return shipment.
  • ZAC Motorsport is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@zacmotorsport.com. If you selected Guard Ship insurance at checkout, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that ZAC Motorsport is not liable for damage or loss that occurs during shipping if insurance was not selected.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are not eligible for refunds until the product is ready to ship. Production delays can occur as part of the manufacturing process and are not grounds for cancellation or refund. We will always keep you informed of any significant delays.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. If you have a concern with your order, we ask that you contact us directly at sales@zacmotorsport.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. In most cases we can resolve issues quickly and to your satisfaction without the need for third-party intervention.

Customers who initiate chargebacks without first attempting resolution through our support team may have their account suspended and future orders declined.
