Dealer Terms — ZAC Motorsport

Thank you for your interest in joining the ZAC Motorsport dealer network. Below is a plain-English summary of how our dealer program works.

Getting started — Your opening order must reach a minimum purchase threshold. We offer competitive wholesale margins with tiered discounts based on your annual spend — full details are provided upon approval.

Pricing — Please display and sell at our recommended retail prices. Occasional discounts are at your discretion, though we don't encourage them.

Product knowledge — As a brand representative, we expect you to be familiar with our product range, installation requirements, and specifications.

Customer ownership — Your customers are your responsibility. We'll always refer them back to you if they contact us directly. Consistent service issues may result in removal from the network.

Returns — Our 30-day consumer return policy does not extend to dealers. Returns and change-of-mind situations are managed at your level.

Warranty — All warranty claims must be submitted through you as the dealer, not by end customers directly.

Exclusivity — We do not offer territorial exclusivity. Multiple dealers may operate in the same region.

Dealer status — Accounts with no orders in any 12-month period are subject to removal from the network.
