ZAC Motorsport is a specialist performance brand founded in Australia in 2019, with US-based operations and R&D led from Queensland, Australia. We design, engineer, and test every product around the specific platforms we know best — primarily the Mercedes-AMG M177 and M178 engine families, with a growing range covering M133, M139, and Aston Martin platforms.

Our product range includes cold air intakes, high-flow downpipes, cat-back exhaust systems, intercooler upgrades, turbo and boost control, ECU tuning, forged wheels, brake upgrades, and interior styling parts. Everything is developed using 3D scanning, CAD modelling, and CFD simulation, then validated on the dyno and in real-world conditions before it reaches our customers.

Performance Tuning and Logging

Custom ECU calibration tailored to your vehicle, fuel quality, and altitude. Optional data logging and refinement sessions provide maximum power, response, and drivability.

Exhaust Valve Coding

Keeps exhaust valves fully open at all times for consistent sound and exhaust flow. Prevents limp mode caused by faulty valves or aftermarket exhaust systems.

Downpipe Coding (CEL Removal)

Removes Check Engine Light warnings caused by high flow or decat downpipes installed without Stage 2 tuning. Prevents limp mode and restores normal operation.
